I. General Provisions

The Privacy Policy specifies how Users' personal data is collected, processed and stored when providing electronic services through the website www.mtlab.pl(hereinafter: the Service).

The Service collects only personal data necessary for providing and developing the services offered therein.

Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regardto the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the full functionality of the Service, including:

contact form.
IV. Types of Processed Personal Data

The Controller may process Users' personal data:
first name,
email address.
V. Personal Data Processing Period

Users' personal data will be processed for:
when processing is necessary for contract performance – until the statute of limitations expires after its performance,
when processing is based on consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawal until the statute of limitations expires.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for periodic benefits and business-related claims – 3 years (unless specific provisions state otherwise).
VI. Sharing Personal Data

Users' personal data may be shared with:
entities affiliated or cooperating with the Controller,
its subcontractors,
law firms.

Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except when using services of providers located outside the EEA, such as Google Analytics. In such cases, data transfer occurs with appropriate safeguards required by applicable laws, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
VII. Users' Rights

Service Users have the right to:
access their personal data,
rectification,
erasure,
restriction of processing,
data portability,
object to processing,
withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

Requests to exercise these rights should be sent to contact@mtlab.pl.

The Controller shall fulfill or refuse the request immediately – within one month at the latest.

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies

The Service collects information via cookies – session, persistent and third-party cookies.
16.
Collecting cookies supports proper service delivery in the Service.
17.
Users can define the scope of cookie access to their device in browser settings.
IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Users' data cannot be processed in an automated manner that would result in any decisions being made about them.
19.
Users' data is not profiled by the Controller.
X. Final Provisions

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy, without restricting Users' rights.
21.
Information about changes will be published as a notice available in the Service.
22.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the GDPR and Polish law provisions.
